  4. information you enter into our system when using the Application/Services/products, such as while asking doubts, participating in discussions and taking tests. The said information collected from the users could be categorized as “Personal Information”, “Sensitive Personal Information” and “Associated Information”. We collect data/information from our users so as to build and provide cutting edge technology driven solutions for research, design, development of academic courses, educational content, teaching concepts & methods and mechanisms of testing student’s performance and recommending ways of improvement and in general to improve our services. In certain cases we engage the services of third party service providers to leverage the cutting edge developments in the field of learning and analytics and enrich our users with the best practices being developed and adopted globally. In so doing, aggregated and individual, anonymized and non-anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to these third part service providers to achieve the aforesaid results. We do not engage in the sale, trade or sharing of your data/information to any third party (except subsidiaries/affiliates of the Company for related offerings). Express prior consent shall always be sought from you in instances where such an activity is proposed to be carried out. 

 

In instances where data/information is required to be shared with third party service providers, the Company shall endeavour to do so in an anonymised manner and ensure that personal identifiers are removed from the data set.

The Company shall retain user data for such duration as the user’s account is active and for at least 2 years thereafter. The Company reserves the right to alter this practice to meet legal and business requirements.
